We take time to hand measure all of our items in guidance with our own Shop Vintage Size Guide. This is due to the label size not always being accurate or present.
For example: A USA Medium is often a UK Large. Also some items are unisex where a size Medium wouldn't fit both Men and Women.

Our vintage boxes are mainly Grade A Vintage but please bare in mind our items are second hand pre-loved pieces from around the world. Some items may have slight marks but won't be detrimental to the wear and use of the item.
We recommend all items are washed and prepped on arrival to your liking.

Do you accept returns?
Yes we can! If your items do not fit properly you can return them for an exchange or store credit.

How long will it take to arrive?
We aim to pack and dispatch your Mystery Box within 5 working days.
Are your items damaged or faulty?
Absolutley not! We handpick all our stock and have rigerous quality checks for all items that go into our boxes. We guarantee that items will be Grade A standard with a few Grade B pieces for items that are rarer.

Do we ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all 195 countries. It will take 5-21 days to arrive depending on where you are in the world.
Can I request a specific item?
Of course! We must reiterate though that these are Mystery Boxes. There is no guarantee that you will get the specific item you have requested but it will 100% arrive in your size.
Please also bare in mind that we cannot physically supply every order with a North Face puffer, Nike spell out sweatshirt or the items that are highly requested. Our Mystery Boxes however are the best value for money boxes on the market.
