Refunds

Shop Vintage sells second hand clothing (please refer to our Grading guide on product pages for more information on Grade A  and B clothing).

To ensure compliance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, all of our garments are professionally laundered and passed through a strict quality assurance process. This however doesn't mean items won't show signs of wear and marks in some instances. Our garments are measured by our team to establish an accurate representation of the item's current size so is common to find a size tagged garment with a different size sticker replacing it. We ensure that all garments are of satisfactory quality, are fit for purpose and are as described. Garments with minor fading, fabric wear and distressing are expected. A customer has the right to return an item if it is received faulty or damaged but doesn't include the above or small marks. 

All sizing related returns are to be refunded with Store Credit or Exchange. 

The purchase of our mystery boxes are intended to be for fun, novelty, gifting purposes and to get you wearing something new. Along with saving the planet and recycling. We make no guarantee or warranty that any of the items in the box meet the expectations of the buyer. We only guarantee that the buyer will receive a value the same as or greater than the listed value of the box purchased. We value all of our Jackets at £30+, Sweatshirts and fleeces at £30+ and T-Shirts at £15+. These are our set prices within our retail stores so we ensure the value of the box is inline with our stores. We offer no additional guarantee and warranty in respect of the items delivered in each Mystery Box.

We sell mystery boxes where the garments are chosen by Shop Vintage at random for our customers and we do our best to meet your style expectations.

The cost of returning non-faulty goods is the customer's responsibility. This doesn't include slight marks as our items are pre-loved grade A and B so marked items don't count as faulty.

We aim to respond to your request within 3-5 working days. 

(Please bare in mind this is a MYSTERY BOX and you are not guaranteed to like the contents of your box. Our boxes include thousands of brands, styles and colours including ones you may or may not like and for this reason we simply cannot offer refunds on the basis you don't suit the garments or like the colours of certain items)
